WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Starry Eyed Bowtique accepts payments through Paypal using either your Paypal account or a credit card of your choice. We do not accept money orders, personal checks, wire transfers or cash sent through the mail.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
Not at all! Once you reach the payment portion of your checkout process you will be able to choose whether you want to pay using Paypal funds, or your credit card.
WHEN WILL YOU ANSWER MY E-MAIL?
E-mails are responded to Monday-Friday within 48 hours of receipt. Messages sent on a holiday will be responded to on the next closest business day. Please send us an email directly to starryeyedbowtique[at]gmail.com, do not DM us about your order status!
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Starry Eyed does not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders, hair accessories, earrings, bandeaus or preorder clothing or drop shipped items which are made to order. Items must be unworn and still sealed in their protective packaging in order to be returnable. Customer must request to return items within 14 days of receipt. Customer will be responsible for providing proof of return shipment. Starry Eyed is not responsible for any shipping fees accrued as a result of the return process.

CAN I MODEL/PROMOTE FOR YOU?
Thank you so much for wanting to work with us! We are not currently looking for new promoters or models at this time. If we choose to start doing so again we will contact those who we wish to work with directly.
