How Long will it Take for My Package to Arrive?
If you are wondering when your package will arrive, take a look at the chart below. Please note: all shipping times are a guideline. Packages could arrive sooner or later than the approximations provided. Weekend days and holidays do not count toward the estimated timelines.

Where Do You Ship From?
Items are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
I ship out all orders within 3-5 business days after the order was placed. This times does not include weekends or holidays.

Which Method of Shipping Do You Use?
I use regular mail when shipping orders. This means they will not come with tracking information. This method of shipping is the most economical for both of us. Most packages sent to Canada, the United States and Europe will now have insurance included. If you desire tracking or a faster delivery time, US customers can now purchase an extra shipping for Expedited delivery. This can be found under the Expedited Shipping tab in the online shop.

Rush Orders
If you have a rush request or need to get an item to you for a certain date/occasion, please let me know before placing an order! I cannot guarantee any date when regular shipping is used. Additional postage charges will most likely be required unless your order is place at least 1 month in advance.

If the Package I Send to You is Returned to Me
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide me with a deliverable shipping address. If the address you provide me is incorrect/incomplete, and your package is returned to me, or your package goes unclaimed and is returned to me, you must pay shipping again.

My Package Hasn’t Arrived Yet
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Don’t forget to allow 3-5 business days for order processing, too!
